The effect of Matrix Co2 Fractional Laser in the treatment of pigmented nevus
The objectives of this article are to investigate the clinical effect of laser cosmetology in treating pigmented nevus and to provide reference for clinical application. A total of 79 patients with pigmented nevus diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into study groups and the control group. In the control group, 40 patients underwent minimally invasive resection. In the study group, 40 cases were treated with laser cosmetic needle. The clinical manifestations, curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group, the wound healing time was (8.19±1.76) d and the wound pain assessment were (2.21±1.07), both significantly lower than the control group, 8.253 and 4.761, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%, significantly higher than that of the control group (79.49%, P < 0.05).
The team among the patients, there were 12 cases of pigmentation and 1 case of erythmia, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 31.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (69.23%), and X2 was 8.672, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The conclusion is that laser cosmetology can obviously improve nevus pigmentation clinical efficacy, shorten the treatment cycle, reduce the pain of patients, and less adverse reactions, high safety, more conducive to improving the appearance of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
Pigmented nevus is one of the most common skin diseases in clinic. It is usually harmless to health, but it has a great influence on appearance. With the continuous improvement of economic level, people are paying more and more attention to the external, and its clinical treatment is also valued by the society and academia. Clinically, the traditional treatment methods, such as minimally invasive clearance and external application of drugs, have certain deficiencies and are difficult to obtain satisfactory results. In this paper, 78 patients with nevus admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected to judge the application value of laser technology. The report is as follows.
1. Materials and methods
1.1 General Information
78 patients with nevus admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group included 39 patients, including 7 males and 32 females, with an average age of (35.13± L0.25) years and an average course of disease of (4.39±6.12) years.
The study group included 39 patients, including 10 males and 29 females, with an average age of (34.92±l0.31) years. Baseline data were comparable (P > 0.05). Inclusion criteria for cases :(1) all meet treatment indications; (2) Both parties have signed informed consent. Case exclusion criteria are shown below:
Criteria :(1) patients with skin tumors or blood diseases; (2) Persons with mental disorders or malignant diseases; (3) Unable to cooperate with researchers.
1.2 the method
1.2.1 The control group
Preoperative examination was improved. Under local anesthesia, fine ophthalmic surgical instruments were used, and general pigmented nevus was treated with fusiform incision along the skin grain plus extension-reduction suture. Larger pigmented nevus were treated with a-T flap or kite flap.
1.2.2 The team
Radio frequency Matrix Co2 Fractional Laser therapy instrument (CHX-100h type) was used for surface anesthesia at 1h before operation. Tetracaine hydrochloride gel (national drug approval number H61022993) was used to relieve local burning pain during the treatment. After 1h of anesthesia, disinfect the affected area and fully expose it.
Laser beam band was selected according to the disease type. Take out the square and the circle, and scan the affected area evenly according to the shape and size of the skin lesion. Micropulse energy 20-99MJ, lattice coverage rate 6.25%; Vertical alignment of the affected area,
Scanning was carried out from the outside to the inside, and the coking substance produced in the treatment process was cleaned in time. Treatment was stopped after the lesion site was cleared. Immediately after the operation ice compress more than 30min, reduce the heat damage and burning pain. Both groups were routinely bandaged and cleaned after surgery, and no contact with water or water was allowed 5 days after surgery
Other liquids, prophylactic use of antibiotics.
1.3 The judgment standard
Clinical manifestations: wound healing time, wound pain score (visual simulation score). The evaluation criteria of curative effect are as follows: (1) Obvious effect: the skin returns to normal or tends to normal; (2) Effective: skin recovery over 60%; (3) Invalidity: the above criteria are not met. Don't
Good reaction: pigmentation removal, erythra.
1.4 Statistical method
SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, and 2 test was used, with P < 0.05 indicating a statistically significant difference.

3 discuss
Pigmented nevus is a benign new organism composed of nevus cells, also known as moles, which can seriously affect facial appearance. Relevant studies have pointed out that because of the large image of pigmented nevus on appearance, especially for female patients, mental pressure is greater, which may affect work and life, and even seriously can cause serious social and psychological problems. Therefore, the search for reasonable and effective treatment methods has received sufficient clinical attention. In the traditional treatment, minimally invasive resection is the most common, which can effectively remove pigmented nevus. But it's worth noting that the treatment process can be right severe damage of soft tissue can easily be combined with adverse reactions such as pigmentation and erythema, with poor prognosis and limited clinical application value. The Matrix Co2 Fractional Laser belongs to the far infrared high-power laser, which can realize the therapeutic purpose by vaporizing the skin tissue. Due to tissue suction it has no selectivity, its conduction distance in each tissue is very short, more than 98% energy can be absorbed by the target tissue, the damage to adjacent healthy tissue is very small, with high safety. But related research also pointed out that Matrix Co2 Fractional Laser will still have a certain irritation of the skin, surgery.Local anesthesia should be administered with 1% lidocaine before treatment, and the scope of treatment and degree of injury should be reasonably assessed. It is worth noting that, because the postoperative new tissue is extremely sensitive to ultraviolet ray, postoperative sun protection is an important link that cannot be ignored, in addition to avoid light, also cannot daub any stimulation.Sex cosmetic, lest the circumstance such as pigmentation happens. Bao Haiping et al. pointed out that Matrix Co2 Fractional Laser cosmetology needle can effectively improve the clinical performance of patients with pigmentation diseases, the total effective rate is as high as 96.15%, and less adverse reactions, cosmetic effects. The results of this study show that
In the study group, the wound healing time was (8.19±1.76) d, and the wound pain score was (2.21±1.07) points, both of which were significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). It is suggested that laser cosmetology can shorten the wound healing significantly.
It is beneficial to improve the efficiency of treatment by reducing the treatment period and pain degree, which is more consistent with the current fast-paced social life needs. Another group of data showed that the total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%, significantly higher than that of the control group (79.49%, P < 0.05). prompt
Laser cosmetology has better clinical efficacy, which may be related to its mechanism of action and skin characteristics. The last group of data showed that the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group (P < 0.05). It is suggested that laser cosmetology has less adverse reactions and higher safety, which may be the case
Less damage associated with laser cosmetology. It is basically consistent with the above research conclusions. In the treatment process, the therapeutic energy selected by the author can reach the dermal layer, which can effectively vaporize and destroy the hyperplasia tissue. But it is worth noting that if the energy increases too much, the width of the microtropics
And depth will also increase correspondingly, resulting in dense gasification, too little residual normal tissue, causing side effects such as delayed healing, ulceration, and pigmentation. In addition, dot matrix laser treatment can not completely destroy the hyperplasia tissue, for dense or deep skin lesions, can be in 3
He was treated again months later.
In summary, laser cosmetology technology can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of nevus, shorten the treatment cycle, reduce the pain of patients, with fewer adverse reactions, high safety, more conducive to improving the appearance of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
